Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Dress My Phone.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 hours of order placement (In case it has not been processed) without giving any reason for doing so and get full refund  on your order. Incase, it has been 2 hours pot your order placement or your order has been processed, then we will not be able to accept cancellation request.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision with a cancellation request with order details on our email:
support@dressmyphone.shop

In Case of Cancellation Request received after the Order is processed ( Orders are auto processed If a customer Confirms it on whatsapp) , and the 2 hours window in still available then we will issue refund after deducting a Processing Fee of 12.5%.

We will reimburse You using the same payment method You used while placing the Order.

Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged product or a different product from what you ordered , we will send a brand new replacement product to you without any additional costs. To make the replacement experience smooth and easy , please ensure following points :

  • The products were Delivered in the last 7 days
  • You have Photos and videos of Application and can clearly demonstrate the issue with the product. While taking pictures and video keep the original packaging in frame.


The following Products will not be replaced.

  • Customised Skins for any Device .
  • Product wrongly ordered by You.
  • You fail to provide proper pictures and video highlighting issue with the product .
  • The product has been damaged in the process of application .


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Replacement Process
If due to any of the above reason you would like us to send a replacement , send us an email with subject “Replacement” and your Order Number with a detailed description to our mail address “support@dressmyphone.shop . Also attach Pictures and a video highlighting the problem. After validation a confirmation mail will be sent to you and details regarding replacement shipping details. 

Note: Please allow us 7 days at max to process replacement requests.

 

Refunds
We do not provide refunds on any item sold by us. We will only replace it in case of a damage product or a wrong product send by us.
